This shot would be the first shot of Svetlana Watching the sun and then applying sunscreen. This will show the audience one of the characters and also will foreshadow the fact that Svetlana is a vampire. This is an establishing shot of the celery fields which is where the majority of the film will take place This shot will give a point of view of Svetlana before she bites mac is adds a sense of suspense before she tries to attack which she will not be able to follow through with because she is afraid of blood.
